Cancellation Policy:
‍All tickets sold are non-refundable as your space is guaranteed on the tour.
‍If given sufficient advance notice of at least 7 working days, we may be able to offer alternative days to transfer your tickets to, depending on availability, but this is at the discretion of Brighton Food Tours.
‍If you have purchased extra tickets by mistake or by bank error, we must be notified within 24 hours of the purchased ticket to qualify for a refund.
‍No refunds or transferal of tickets will be issued if cancelling within 24 hours of the tour or any time after the tour.
‍If we are forced to cancel in advance of a tour due to official amber weather warnings or other circumstances, half your ticket price will be refunded (this accounts for the ticketing, vendor and guide costs that will already have been paid).We are unable to provide refunds if customers do not show up for their booked tour.
